Hi! My name is Chelsea Wright, and I am a mental health counselor here at The Treehouse! I love using play therapy to support my clients as they process their experiences and find their way to healing. I am a mom to two lovely little girls and am an avid collector of all things mini! I am a Registered Play Therapist and Certified Synergetic Play Therapist. The Nervous System is my JAM! We will likely spend time learning about self-regulation and how to support our nervous system as it supports us. When you meet with me you can expect a friendly, supportive, and open-ended environment. My office is a place for you and your child to feel safe and secure while we work together to accomplish your goals. I am trained in working with ages 0-100 on trauma, anxiety, depression, family conflict, and am learning more about neurodiversity every day! I most often utilize a non-directive approach when working with all of my clients but am also trained in more directive modalities such as EMDR and CBT. I am confident that we can find the right tools to help you on your journey!
